Day 9 - May 13th - London

This was our last day to see London. We left to come home Saturday morning. We decided to do a "London in a day" type tour since we only had a day. It was hard going from a private tour guide (for the same price) to a huge group tour, but we still had fun and got to see a lot.

Me freezing to death waiting for the bus

Our first stop was the stables for the horses. Jared tried on the hat that the guys wear.

Buckingham Palace during the changing of the guards. Holy crap there were a lot of people!

The band

The horses (recognize the hat?)

Next was a boat ride. While on the boat we saw another boat, only much larger.

A bridge in London, but not London bridge.

The castle where the royal jewels are stored. They of course won't let you take pictures, but they were incredible!

The guard

Jared in the gift shop. We finished before everyone else so we were having some fun while waiting for our group.

More fun

And last, but definitely not lease, the London Eye. It was awesome! And to top it all off they were doing some market research on a new audio program, so we got to go around twice, the second time free! It was great!

Mom patiently waiting for us to be done. She doesn't handle heights very well.
We had fun, but we were very tired. The entire trip was incredible! I never thought I would ever go on a trip like this. It was everything I imagined it would be and more! Thanks mom!
